Legal Profession

Fall 2011 Prof. Hoeflich

This is a course designed to prepare students for the practice of law either as solo practitioners or in small law firms. Thus, the emphasis of the course is on the practical aspects of establishing and maintaining a law practice. There will be four required assignments in the class; there is no examination. All assignments are due on the Monday following the date they are assigned. Assignments must be turned in on time. There will be no extensions.
