I have been somewhat delayed in finishing grading your papers. I expect to be done by Thursday evening. Because of privacy issues, I cannot post the grades. Instead, if you email me I will send you back your grade. If the grade is below a "B" we can discuss whether revision makes sense.

Legal Profession

Fall 2011 Prof. Hoeflich

This is a course designed to prepare students for the practice of law either as solo practitioners or in small law firms. Thus, the emphasis of the course is on the practical aspects of establishing and maintaining a law practice. There will be four required assignments in the class; there is no examination. All assignments are due on the Monday following the date they are assigned. Assignments must be turned in on time. There will be no extensions.
